after submission of patch
Once you submit your design and color choices to us, our team will review it and ensure it can be accurately made into a patch. This step typically takes a couple business days. Then we will use a laser cuter to engrave and cut your design into real leather and send you a mockup of it on a hat in order to have your personal approval. We want to ensure that you are happy with the finished product.
